Yes, we offer free printing services for our guests at the front desk.

What audiovisual equipment is included, and what is available at an additional cost?

Our standard audiovisual equipment is fully included with your venue rental, which covers microphones, speakers, and projectors.

We offer distinct venue options designed to accommodate groups of various sizes, with maximum capacities including:

  • Tiehack room: Up to 200 persons
  • Buttermilk room: Up to 100 persons
What is the deposit structure and final payment timeline?

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.

Is catering required through the hotel, and what options are available?

On-site catering is not required for your event. Please note that we do not allow outside alcohol, and outside caterers will not have access to our kitchen.

Are outdoor event spaces available, and what is the contingency plan in case of inclement weather?

Yes, we offer an outdoor venue on our Tiehack Lawn. We require the rental of our indoor Tiehack room as a mandatory weather backup plan.

What internet and technology capabilities are available for meetings and events, including support for hybrid or virtual setups?

We provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout our meeting and event spaces to support your technology needs.
