CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policies change based on season and rate code. For the policy specific to your reservation, please refer to the terms and conditions when booking or your confirmation email.

GUARANTEE POLICY

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before check-in.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Add optional travel insurance via third party partner, Pattern, to your stay to protect your trip. You will be prompted to add this during the online booking process.

PET POLICY

Unfortunately, Inn at Aspen is not pet-friendly.

AT WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 AM.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

Inn at Aspen offers complimentary parking.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?

Yes! Inn at Aspen has a small fitness center on site that includes two Peloton bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, and free weights.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL?

Yes! Our pool and hot tub are available from 10 am to 10 pm daily.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL SHUTTLE?

Yes. We offer a complimentary hotel shuttle to the area and downtown Aspen. The shuttle is available 6 am – 10:30 pm.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK IN?

You must be 21 or older to check-in at Inn at Aspen.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY?

Smoking is allowed in designated areas around the property. No smoking is permitted in guest rooms or inside the hotel.
